Psalm 20:1-6

10. 31
Sweet Jesus

May the LORD answer you in the day of trouble! May the name of the God of Jacob set you securely on high! May He send you help from the sanctuary and support you from Zion! May He remember all your meal offerings and find your burnt offering acceptable! May He grant you your heart's desire and fulfill all your counsel! We will sing for joy over your victory, And in the name of our God we will set up our banners. May the LORD fulfill all your petitions. Now I know that the LORD saves His anointed; He will answer him from His holy heaven with the saving strength of His right hand. Psalm 20:1-6 (NASB).

What a blessing we can speak over ourselves everyday. Not only will these verses serve as a blessing for us, but they will also remind us of the goodness of God...specially Psalm 20:6...which gives us the assurance that God hears our prayers and He will answer our prayers. Don't give up praying even if you don't see anything happening in the natural. Note that God is working behind the scene. Let's all have faith that what we pray for will come to pass.

Father in Heaven, thank You so much for Your Word, which is a lamp to my feet and a light to my path. Give me faith that can move mountains. Help me to pray without ceasing. In Jesus' Name. Amen.

Matthew 10:28

10. 29
No FearIn the Fear of God

Do not be afraid of those who kill the body but cannot kill the soul. Rather, be afraid of the One who can destroy both soul and body in hell. Matthew 10:28(NIV)

The Scripture for today is one that I need to work on time and time again. The verse states that we are not to fear men, but God. If God is asking you to do something that is contrary to what man is asking you to do, follow God. Ultimately, we have to answer God when we come face-to-face with Him. I know that I am preaching to myself. But hopefully, this will also help someone out there reading this. Father in Heaven, help us to fear You more than men. Help us to obey You. In Jesus' Name. Amen.

Psalm 68:6b

10. 26
Show Me Your Glory, Lord

He leads out the prisoners into prosperity. Psalm 68:6b (NASB)

We can apply this verse in whatever area that is a stronghold in our lives. If the area is finance, we can claim this Scripture and trust God to lead us out of financial woes into prosperity. If the area is spiritual dryness, we can claim this Scripture and trust God to drench us with His Glory and Anointing. So, today, claim this Scripture in your life and let God lead you into prosperity. Amen.

2 Chronicles 32:8b

10. 20
Renew your strength and soar like an eagle

We have the Lord our God to help us and to fight our battles for us!" Hezekiah's words greatly encouraged the people. 2 Chronicles 32:8b (NLT)

We can use Hezekiah's words in our own lives to encourage us. When we are down and out and feeling that there's no solution to a problem, call unto the Lord and have the Lord help us and fight the battles for us. We don't have to worry because we know that if God is for us, who dares to be against us. So, let's take courage and know that our loving Heavenly Father is always fighting the battles for us. And in Him, there is victory...always. Amen.

Psalm 18:3 and Psalm 18:6

10. 18
Faith that Moves Mountain

I call to the LORD, who is worthy of praise, and I am saved from my enemies. Psalm 18:3 (NIV)

In my distress I called to the LORD; I cried to my God for help. From his temple he heard my voice; my cry came before him, into his ears. Psalm 18:6 (NIV)

Whatever you are going through, call unto the Lord. He is always there for you. Present your request to the Lord. He will hear your request from Heaven. Be like the widow in Luke 18:2-8 who was persistent to present her request before the judge. Eventually the judge granted to the widow her request. Hear what Jesus said, "And will not God bring about justice for his chosen ones, who cry out to him day and night? Will he keep putting them off?"

Father in Heaven, thank You that You hear our prayers. Thank You that our prayers are important to You. We love You, Heavenly Father. In Jesus' Name. Amen.

Philippians 4:6-7

10. 16
The Lord is my Shepherd

Philippians 4:6-7 (NASB) Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all comprehension, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.

Peace is something we all want, specially at times when we are anxious, when we don't know what to do, when we have no control of a situation. As Philippians 4:6-7 stated, the best way to handle these situations is to pray to Father God and let Him know what's in your heart. Remember that our Daddy God is in control of all situations. He knows the beginning from the end. All we need to do is pray and trust Him. He will never leave us or forsake us. He is always there for us...till the end of times.

Father in Heaven, here is my request to You, that You please give me peace in the things that I am anxious about, the things that I have no control over. Father God, I trust You and know that You have everything under control. Thank you so much, Father, for loving me and caring for me. In Jesus' Name. Amen.

Psalm 106:1

10. 15
Sing Praise to God

Psalm 106:1(NIV) Praise the LORD. Give thanks to the LORD, for he is good; his love endures forever.

When we are down, the best thing for us to do is to praise the Lord. How do we praise the Lord? We can sing to the Lord a new song. We can read Psalm. We can pray and thank the Lord for His goodness. And the more we magnify the Lord, the smaller our problems become.

Father in Heaven, we praise You. We love You. We adore You. We glorify Your Name. We magnify You. In Jesus' Name. Amen.
