Please pray for my dad's healing.  He's got 2 kidney stones still lodged in his kidney.  Pray that those kidney stones will come out of his body.  In Jesus' Name.  Amen.

For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life.

John 3:16 is so familiar to us. But as we ponder on this verse, do we really understand and know the love of the Father?

For me, I had to ask for clarification on the love of the Father. I realize that a lot of us know the Father's love by what our parents or others in authority define love to us. An example may be that if our parents define love based on our performance, then we perceive the Father's love to us is also based on our performance. And that is so untrue.

Father's love is unconditional. He loves us no matter what. Father's love is bigger than anything in this world.

According to 1 John 2:16-17, "For everything in the world—the lust of the flesh, the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life—comes not from the Father but from the world. The world and its desires pass away, but whoever does the will of God lives forever." Things in this world -- money, job positions, people status, etc., will pass away. But Father's love will never pass away. Father's love for us in that He sent Jesus to die for us so we may have eternal life will never pass away. Father's love for us in that He forgives us of our sins will never pass away.

Let's get the Father's love in our spirit...that no matter what we have done before, Father loves us so much. And if there is anything we did that displeases Father God, repent and ask for God's forgiveness. For Father God is so loving, He remembers our sins no more. Psalm 103:12 As far as the east is from the west, so far has he removed our transgressions from us. How awesome is that! Heavenly Father, thank You for Your love for us. We bless You, Father. In Jesus' Name. Amen.

I was reading Psalm 81 today and several passages stood out. One of them is this -- coming from God our Father of His love to Israel: "Oh, that my people would listen to me! Oh, that Israel would follow me, walking in my paths! How quickly I would then subdue their enemies! How soon my hands would be upon their foes! Those who hate the Lord would cringe before him; they would be doomed forever. But I would feed you with the finest wheat. I would satisfy you with wild honey from the rock." Psalm 81:13-16 (NLT)

I think this is the key to Israel for defending themselves against the enemies....that God will fight the battle for Israel...if Israel follow Him and walk in His paths. Father in Heaven, we pray for Isarael that Your people will follow You and walk in the paths You have for them. In Jesus' Name. Amen.

Lord Father God, we pray that You protect the United States.  Cover the US with Your precious blood, Jesus.  Send Your Holy angels to guard every state, every city, every town, every house, every person.  Pour out Your Spirit upon every person in the US.  Set Your people on fire for You, Father God.  In Jesus' Name.  Amen.

In this crucial time, there is a call to pray for Israel and Jerusalem. We need to come before Father God to pray for peace in Jerusalem. Let God's Word stand in Jerusalem.

Father in Heaven, let Your Kingdom come on earth as it is in Heaven. We pray for the peace of Jerusalem. Protect Jerusalem, O Heavenly Father. Let Jerusalem stand strong in You, Father, and may Your Spirit pour out in the land of Israel. May many people there receive Jesus as their Messiah, their Lord and Personal Savior. In Jesus' Name. Amen.

Some Scriptures to meditate on:

"O Jerusalem, Jerusalem, the city that kills the prophets and stones God's messengers! How often I have wanted to gather your children together as a hen protects her chicks beneath her wings, but you wouldn't let me. And now, look, your house is abandoned and desolate. For I tell you this, you will never see me again until you say, 'Blessings on the one who comes in the name of the Lord!'" Matthews 23:37-39 (NLT)

"Here is my servant, whom I uphold, my chosen one in whom I delight; I will put my Spirit on him, and he will bring justice to the nations. He will not shout or cry out, or raise his voice in the streets. A bruised reed he will not break, and a smoldering wick he will not snuff out. In faithfulness he will bring forth justice; he will not falter or be discouraged till he establishes justice on earth. In his teaching the islands will put their hope." Isaiah 42:1-4 (NIV).

And read all of Isaiah 37.

What I am about to post is a reminder for me and maybe for you that we ought to praise the Lord at all times. In reading Revelation 4 – 7, I came across so many verses where praise is directed toward the Lord.

First, in Revelation 4, the scene of Heaven is illustrated. Some of us may not have been translated to Heaven, but God is so good, He showed us what Heaven is like in Revelation. And everyone 24/7 praises Lord God Almighty in Heaven. Here it goes:

In Revelation 4:8- 11 (NLT) -- Each of these living beings had six wings, and their wings were covered all over with eyes, inside and out. Day after day and night after night they keep on saying,

"Holy, holy, holy is the Lord God, the Almighty—
the one who always was, who is, and who is still to come."

Whenever the living beings give glory and honor and thanks to the one sitting on the throne (the one who lives forever and ever), 10 the twenty-four elders fall down and worship the one sitting on the throne (the one who lives forever and ever). And they lay their crowns before the throne and say,

"You are worthy, O Lord our God,
to receive glory and honor and power.
For you created all things,
and they exist because you created what you pleased."

In Revelation 5:9-14 (NLT) -- And when he took the scroll, the four living beings and the twenty-four elders fell down before the Lamb. Each one had a harp, and they held gold bowls filled with incense, which are the prayers of God's people. 9 And they sang a new song with these words:

"You are worthy to take the scroll
and break its seals and open it.
For you were slaughtered, and your blood has ransomed people for God
from every tribe and language and people and nation.
And you have caused them to become
a Kingdom of priests for our God.
And they will reign on the earth."

Then I looked again, and I heard the voices of thousands and millions of angels around the throne and of the living beings and the elders. And they sang in a mighty chorus:

"Worthy is the Lamb who was slaughtered—
to receive power and riches
and wisdom and strength
and honor and glory and blessing."

And then I heard every creature in heaven and on earth and under the earth and in the sea. They sang:

"Blessing and honor and glory and power
belong to the one sitting on the throne
and to the Lamb forever and ever."

And the four living beings said, "Amen!" And the twenty-four elders fell down and worshiped the Lamb.

In Revelation 7: 9 – 12 (NLT) -- After this I saw a vast crowd, too great to count, from every nation and tribe and people and language, standing in front of the throne and before the Lamb. They were clothed in white robes and held palm branches in their hands. And they were shouting with a mighty shout,

"Salvation comes from our God who sits on the throne
and from the Lamb!"

And all the angels were standing around the throne and around the elders and the four living beings. And they fell before the throne with their faces to the ground and worshiped God. They sang,

"Amen! Blessing and glory and wisdom
and thanksgiving and honor
and power and strength belong to our God
forever and ever! Amen."

Pray that the Spirit of God will pour out in Egypt during this turmoil.  Thank you, Jesus.
